  • Refunds can be Credited to its Original Accounts with 2-3 Business Days
  • Non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.

  • Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Changes must be requested at least 24hrs before the check-in date.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are required to present valid identification at check-in.
  • Guests must comply with the hotel’s policies, including those related to health, safety, and conduct.
  • Any damages caused by the guest to the property may result in additional charges.

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent bookings, false information, or malicious activities.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any violations.

8. Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during your stay.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.


11. Dispute Resolution
